Use this form to begin the process of getting your school registered for Exchange City.  All reservations will be filled in the order that they are received.  

Upon receipt of this form, you will be contacted by the Exchange City staff to review the curriculum and details surrounding the Exchange City experience.  This form asks three choices for your Exchange City visit.  Please keep in mind that the Exchange City curriculum calls for 6 weeks of classroom instruction to prepare students for their visit.

Dates for Exchange City Visit:
Exchange City will accommodate a minimum of 60 students and a maximum of 140 students.  Remember that your school will need to provide 15 adult volunteers for each City your students utilize.  It is recommended that you look at the Exchange City calendar to see what dates are available, then enter three of your choices for visit dates below.
